After being in business for over 50 years, the Cabana Club is getting an expansion: a 10-story residential tower with 248 units. It’s called “Cutler Bay North Cabana.” Homes range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans.
Clearline Real Estate has filed a waiver application for 2000 North Wynwood, a 12-story mixed-use building planned for 2000 North Miami Avenue in Miami’s Wynwood Arts District. The 134-foot-tall structure is set to be developed with a total floor area of 374,622 square feet, consisting of 310 dwelling units, 9909 square feet of ground floor retail, and 311 parking spaces. Arquitectonica is the architect, and Naturalficial is the landscape architect for the project. Site plans are included in the waiver application, which will undergo review by the Wynwood Design Review Committee on March 14, and the Urban Development Review Board on March 15.
Villas at Tuttle Royale is unfolding in Palm Beach County, Florida. The venture will feature 401 residences spread across 26 three-story buildings and 55 townhomes.
Developers LeFrak and Turnberry, through their joint venture Oleta Partners, have broken ground on a 30-story residential tower in North Miami. The building, 2400 Laguna Circle, is the fourth residential development in the SoLé Mia mixed-use project, a 184-acre former superfund site along Biscayne Bay. This new development will add 328 rental residences to the community, ranging from 686 to 1,315 square feet.
