Former Auberge Residences Site Is Renamed To Casa Bella As Related Group Prepares For Sales Launch

The Related Group, one of Miami’s most active real estate developers, is planning to launch sales soon for Casa Bella, a 60-story residential building at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami near the border of Edgewater. The development site is where Aubuerge Residences was once planned, a glass-clad tower with wave-like proportions designed by Arquitectonica. According to The Next Miami, Related is likely reusing the original plans for the newly named tower as the height, unit count and layout are nearly identical. Casa Bella is projected to yield over 300 luxury residences ranging from 1 – 5 bedrooms and a maximum of 6 units per floor featuring interiors by Piero Lissoni.

Demolition Permits Filed For Newgard Development Group’s Lofty Brickell Site At 99 SW 7th Street

Miami’s Department of Buildings has received an application for demolition permits from Newgard Development Group for 99 Southwest 7th Street in Brickell, where the developer is planning to build three towers. The interior lot sits across the street from Brickell City Centre, spans over 70,000 square feet, and is currently improved with a 20,00-square-foot commercial structure. Little detail is known of the project as a whole, but we do know the first of the three towers will be known as Lofty Brickell, a 35-story mixed-use building containing branded condos, high-end apartments and a hotel. The structure would rise approximately nearly 400-feet over the Miami River and feature designs from Arquitectonica.

Sales have officially launched for Residences at 400 Central, an upcoming 46-story luxury condominium tower planned for 400 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg. The building is anticipated to become both the tallest in the city and near Florida’s gulf coast, rising to approximately 515-feet over the Central Arts District. Award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica is behind the curved design of the tower, while New York City-based Red Apple Real Estate, led by John Catsimatidis, is the developer. 400 Central will yields 301 coastal-modern residential units designed by Celano Design Studio featuring clear, unobstructed views of Tampa Bay and the Downtown skyline.

Make-A-Wish Foundation is set to break ground on their new home in South Florida at 343 Northwest 6th Street in Miami’s Overtown district. The 30,000-square-foot structure will rise 5 stories and 85-feet tall, serving as the permanent headquarters for the non-profit organization. Miami-based world-renowned Arquitectonica is behind the design of the leaning glass structure pictured in the renderings, which is planned to yield 15,000 square feet of event and office space.

Arquitectonica-Designed 18-Story ’57 Ocean’ Condominium Sells Out As Development Reaches Completion

Construction is now complete at 57 Ocean, an 18-story condominium tower at 5775 Collins Avenue in Mid Beach, Miami Beach. Designed by renown architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by Multiplan Real Estate Asset Management, the ultra-luxury residential development yields 69 units featuring interiors by Brazil-based Anastassiadis Arquitetos and penthouse units curated by Sofia Joelsson Design. The project made major headlines recently with the announcement of the sell out of inventory, including the sale of the pristine $36 million full-floor penthouse and in conjunction with obtaining a temporary certificate of occupancy.
