This financial infusion, arranged by Linkvest Capital with $78 million in refinancing for the first mortgage and an additional $26 million in first mortgages from Banesco for 1500 and 1548 Brickell Avenue, propels the development into its subsequent phases, including demolition and construction. Crescent Heights has announced the commencement of an expansive art project in the heart of Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Renowned artist Arturo Herrera was commissioned to create a 9,350-square-foot mural named Track & Field, which will grace the east podium façade of Forma Miami, a 39-story, 588-unit residential tower designed by Arquitectonica with ODP Architecture & Design as the architect of record spanning nearly a full city block at 2900 Biscayne Boulevard. We Are Nice’n Easy, a celebrated local art collective of Allison Matherly and Jeffrey Noble, will meticulously hand-paint the mural throughout the following few weeks.
Two Roads Development has revealed a first look at the interiors and amenity spaces at the EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater (The Residences) – the global hotel brand’s first independent collection of fully serviced luxury condominium residences, located in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood. Designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by designer Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge, the 55-story, 649-foot-tall glass tower will be situated at 2121 North Bayshore Drive along Biscayne Bay with 800 linear feet of bay frontage. The development will mark Studio Munge’s first residential project in Miami.
New York-based developer Savanna has announced a new partnership with the José Andrés Group at Olara, a new 26-story luxury residential condominium at 1919 North Flagler Drive on West Palm Beach’s waterfront. Renowned Chef José Andrés will bring his first new restaurant concept in the Palm Beaches to Olara, which will be open to the public. Additionally, residents of Olara will have access to exclusive culinary services, including food and beverage provisions, throughout the tower’s amenity spaces and private, in-residence dining. Located on the ground floor of Olara, the new waterfront concept will occupy 8,500 square feet, featuring both indoor and outdoor dining to allow guests to embrace al fresco dining.
