Plans have been submitted for 317 North Federal Highway, a pair of rental skyscrapers in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Located between Northeast 3rd and Northeast 4th Streets across from The Dalmar Fort Lauderdale, the two towers are expected to rise approximately 498 feet tall and 45 stories, and 453 feet tall and 42 stories. The current site is occupied by an active Greyhound Bus station. Nichols Brosch Wurst Wolfe & Associates, Inc. is the architect behind the design of the towers.
