Utilities Deal Signed For Lalezarian Properties’ 53-Story Miami World Tower At Miami Worldcenter

A utilities deal was recently signed between Kevin Lalezarian, on behalf of Miami World Towers LLC, and Miami-Dade County, to connect the proposed 53-story Miami World Tower to the city’s water and sewage system. As per the agreement, the first phase of the development, which is designed by NBWW Architects, will include 565 residential units and a 3,000-square-foot full service restaurant venue. The skyscraper is planned to rise 579-feet within the greater 27-acre Miami Worldcenter development in the Park West neighborhood of Downtown Miami, and is addressed as 700 Northeast 1st Avenue. An application for an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) has been submitted to Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources for the development of West Aventura Town Center’s East Block Phase II, a massive mixed-use project consisting of retail and residential space within an 8-story building over approximately 114,334 square feet of land. Designed by Miami-based ATL Architecture, this portion of the development will yield a total of 350 dwelling units and approximately 21,937 square feet of commercial space with 717 parking spaces. 374-Unit Affordable Housing Development Proposed For 8001 NW 27th Avenue In West Little River, Miami

Miami-Dade County’s Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources has received an application for an Administrative Site Plan Review (ASPR) for a new mixed-use development on a vacant piece of land located at 8001 Northwest 27th Avenue in West Little River  within Miami’s North Central Urban Center District. The development is titled Capri Place, an 11-story building designed by Behar Font & Partners set to rise on a 115,919-square-foot interior lot bounded by Northwest 80th Street to the south, Northwest 25th Avenue to the east and Northwest 27th Avenue to the west. West Palm Beach-based The Richman Group of Florida, Inc., a development arm of The Richman Group of Companies, is listed as the developer and owner of the application.
