Mast Capital Submits Plans For Three Skyscrapers Where ‘Capital At Brickell’ Was Once Planned

Miami’s Planning Department and Office of Zoning has received an application from real estate developer Mast Capital proposing to build three new mixed-use skyscrapers in Brickell. The plans call for the construction of two 56-story towers and a 74-story tower in the western perimeters of the district. The project would be built on the site of two former developments that never came to fruition primarily addressed as 1420 South Miami Avenue, bounded by Southwest 14th Street on the north and Southwest 14th Terrace on the south with Southwest 1st Avenue to the west. Topped-Out Society Biscayne’s Glass Façade Installation Progresses In Downtown Miami

Glass façade installation is steadily progressing on the now topped-out Society Biscayne, a 49-story mixed-use skyscraper at 400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects and developed by Property Markets Group in collaboration with Greybrook Realty Partners, the 571-foot-tall structure is one of several to recently rise along Biscayne Boulevard, and will bring a mixture of residential units, office spaces, a church, ground floor retail and a parking garage, while offering sweeping views of Biscayne Bay, Miami Beach and Downtown’s cityscape.

Utilities Deal Signed For Lalezarian Properties’ 53-Story Miami World Tower At Miami Worldcenter

A utilities deal was recently signed between Kevin Lalezarian, on behalf of Miami World Towers LLC, and Miami-Dade County, to connect the proposed 53-story Miami World Tower to the city’s water and sewage system. As per the agreement, the first phase of the development, which is designed by NBWW Architects, will include 565 residential units and a 3,000-square-foot full service restaurant venue. The skyscraper is planned to rise 579-feet within the greater 27-acre Miami Worldcenter development in the Park West neighborhood of Downtown Miami, and is addressed as 700 Northeast 1st Avenue.
