Ambienta Bay Harbor Island is currently unfolding in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar project broke ground earlier in 2021, with Ambienta Developers LLC operating as the owner and general contractor.
Just a few weeks ago, YIMBY reported on the first detailed rendering of Brickell Gateway, a transit-oriented mixed-use high rise proposed for 90 Southwest 8th Street by developers Gazit Globe and Atlantic Pacific Communities. Another recent filing requesting a zoning hearing with Miami-Dade County planners has revealed a new set of preliminary plans that significantly increases the height of the tower from 643-feet to approximately 699-feet; a 56-foot jump. Designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects, the building would now span 59 stories instead of 54, including a boost in retail and parking spaces, and overall yield 854,902 square feet of new construction with 504 residential units.
Diesel Wynwood is unfolding in South Florida. The eight-story building will offer 159 loft-style homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. There are also 14 two-story penthouses.
citizenM Miami World Center is scheduled to open in Summer 2022, after beginning construction in November 2019. The luxury hotel will comprise 351 rooms, requiring 127,000 square feet of new construction. Some rooms come with wall-to-wall beds, as the micro-sized rooms start at 151 square feet each.
Clara Homes hopes to start construction on a new residential complex located in Bay Harbor Islands, Florida. When the project comes to fruition, it will feature 150 luxury residences spread across multiple buildings. The project is named “Clara Bay Harbor.”
