Goldman Properties Plans 9-Story Glass Office Building With 140,000 Square Feet In Wynwood, Miami

Miami-based creative real estate developer Goldman Properties (Goldman) has announced plans for Core Wynwood, a 9-story office building set to be constructed at 391 Northwest 25th Street in Wynwood, Miami. Located between Northwest 24th and 25th Streets with Northwest 5th Avenue on the West, the interior lots encompass additional addresses including 376 + 390 Northwest 25th Street and 373 + 375 Northwest 24th Street, spanning just over 28,000 square feet in total floor area; 2425 Ltd., an affiliate of Goldman, has owned the properties since 2003. The building is designed by Perkins&Will and will include 140,000 square feet of space including 115,000 designated for office space, 9,000 square feet of ground floor retail, and 116 parking spaces integrated into the podium.

Macklowe Properties Files Plans For Two 25-Story Mixed-Use Towers At 8600 SW 72nd Avenue In Dadeland

Site plans have been filed for Dadeland Apartments, a massive transit-oriented mixed-use project proposed to rise at 8600 Southwest 72nd Avenue in Dadeland, Miami-Dade County. Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by New York City’s Macklowe Properties, the development is comprised of two 25-story twin towers joint by a 4-story podium that would rise beside the Dadeland North Metrorail Station and Dadeland Mall. The proposal calls for a 347-foot-tall development yielding 1,239,000 square feet, with 542,155 square feet designated for residential space, 27,725 square feet for amenities, 11,455 square feet for retail and a parking garage integrated into the podium with 614 parking spaces. The buildings will yield a combined 650 residential units, which would come in studio through three-bedroom layouts, most likely rentals based on the average unit scope of 843 square feet. LACINYC, Corp., an entity affiliated with Macklowe Properties, is listed as the applicant with Dadeland Apartments LLC, an entity affiliated with real estate developer Rilea Group, listed as the property owner.

Aimco’s Planned 60-Story Tower In Edgewater Gets New Rendering

Denver-based real estate developer Aimco has released another rendering of a 60-story tower being planned for 640 Northeast 34th Street in Edgewater, Miami. The developer released the rendering on their website in conjunction with their 2021 fourth quarter earnings announcement. In November 2021, YIMBY had reported Aimco completed the purchase of a development assemblage in Edgewater beside their Hamilton On The Bay apartment tower that would permit for up to 1.1 million square feet of new construction. The 70,000-square foot site would ultimately give rise to two towers, based on the previously released renderings, with the Biscayne Bay-facing structure depicted in the new rendering rising as high as 646-feet, or 649-feet above sea level according to an FAA filing.

B Developments Proposes 30-Story Mixed-Use Tower At 1755 JFK Causeway In North Bay Village

The Planning & Zoning Board of North Bay Village is now reviewing proposals for 1755 JFK Causeway, a 30-story mixed-use building planned to rise 345-feet on the north side of the Kennedy Causeway on Treasure Island. Designed by award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by LGE NBV LLC, an affiliate of Miami-based B Developments, the curved glass tower would yield 473,252 square feet of new construction including 201 residential units with 32,654 square feet of amenities, a 19,455-square-foot space for a restaurant with a waterfront terrace, a 1,860-square-foot juice bar/coffee bar on the ground floor, 52,358 square feet of office space and a parking structure incorporated into the podium with 408 parking spaces.
