In April 2021, Prestige Builders Group secured a $22 million loan that they will put toward the construction of workforce housing. One of those housing units, dubbed Poe’s Lofts, will cost around $7 million, per the Construction Journal.
Sunset Harbour is a future multi-story complex in Miami Beach that will feature both residential and commercial space. It will be located on 1733-1759 Purdy Ave. and 1724-1752 Bay Road in Miami, Florida, 33139. Upon completion, the building will be five stories.
Skygarden Apartments, which will provide housing in the North Miami Beach area, is scheduled to start construction in September 2021. Contractors will break ground on the development once the project completes its sub-bidding phase, which hopefully will conclude in June 2021.

Approximately located at 18200 Southwest 108th Avenue in the West Perrine neighborhood, the developer seeks to construct a multi-building complex dedicated to workforce housing yielding 57,362 square feet of total residential floor area. Global Property Consultants LLC is listed as the owner of the application.
