The Related Group will break ground on Casamar by the fourth quarter of 2022. The 21-story building, slated for Pompano Beach, FL, will comprise homes starting at around $1.8 million each. In total, there will be 119 units; four one-bedroom units, 22 two-bedroom units, 56 three-bedroom units, and 37 four-bedroom units.
Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures have officially broken ground on Forté, a new 24-story waterfront residential building at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The ceremonial event occurred on Thursday March 3, 2022, which was was attended by elected officials, community representatives and future residents. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by Jean-Louis Deniot, the condominium development will boast 41 luxury residences spanning anywhere between 4,200 to 8,400 square feet, configured in three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a crown jewel six-bedroom penthouse spanning 8,900 square feet with an additional 2,000-square-foot private rooftop deck which includes a pool, summer kitchen, cabana bath and unmatched 360-degree views. Over 80% of Forté’s residences have sold, with a majority of the buyers coming from markets across the domestic U.S.
Swiss-Italian global cruise line MSC Cruises and Italian shipbuilding company Fincantieri Infrastructure recently broke ground at PortMiami on North America’s upcoming largest cruise terminal capable of berthing three next‐generation cruise ships simultaneously and turning around 36,000 passengers a day. Located at the eastern most end of Dodge Island, along Port Boulevard, the new 4‐story, 492,000-square-foot, state‐of‐the‐art terminal will become an instant architectural wonder and Miami landmark. Designed by Miami‐based Arquitectonica led by visionary Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the terminal projects a powerful wave-like, flowing profile that takes advantage of the length of the site.
Fortune International Group and Château Group have officially announced the highly-anticipated St. Regis Residences in Sunny Isles Beach, an oceanfront ultra-luxury residential development comprised of two standalone 62-story towers planned to rise at 18801 Collins Avenue. Designed by global architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by São Paulo-based Anastassiadis and landscaping by EDSA, the development will be situated on 435 linear feet of waterfront property with panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The South Tower will be the first to enter the market with 194 residences ranging from two-to-four bedrooms and including penthouses. Cipriani Residences Miami is a new luxury venture featuring three high-rise buildings, measuring 80, 59, and 50 stories above grade. The tallest tower (called “the Cipriani Tower”) measures 939 feet tall.
