New construction permits have been filed for The Standard Residences, a 12-story mixed-use development planned for 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Midtown, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Urban Robot Associates and developed by Rosso Development under the RM Dev Ventures LLC alongside Midtown Development, the project comprises 228 residential units, 34,000 square feet of amenities, and 11,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. Residences will be delivered move-in ready while simultaneously allowing flexible short-rental programs with 30-day minimum stays up to 12 times per year. An existing garage next door will be utilized for parking purposes. Cavossa Management Inc. is listed as the project’s general contractor. Naturalficial is the landscape architect.

Developers Unveil New Details And Renderings Of Miami’s Future Tallest Office Tower

New details and renderings have been released for One Brickell City Centre, a 68-story office tower planned for a 2.38-acre site at 700 Brickell Avenue in the heart of Miami’s Brickell financial district. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by a joint venture partnership between Related Companies and Swire Properties, the nearly 1,000-foot-tall structure will yield 1.5 million square feet of office space, a host of wellness amenities, and a high-end restaurant and a helipad on the roof. Demolition work for existing site improvements is expected to commence in Q1 of 2023, and a ground-breaking date will be announced based on the pace of leasing efforts.

Developers Acquire Last Miami Worldcenter Development Site For 600+ Unit Condo Project

A joint venture between Miami-based Aria Development Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Merrimac Ventures has acquired the last remaining parcels of land at the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mixed-use district in Downtown Miami. The 34,800-square-foot assemblage includes a 24,000-square-foot site at 33, 45, and 55 Northwest 6th Street known as The Miami Link, acquired from I L A Employers Welfare Fund SE FL Ports Inc. (International Longshoremen’s Association) for $11 million, and a 10,800-square-foot-site at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, acquired from Miami SPE LLC for $6.5 million, bringing the total acquisition cost to $17.5 million. The developers are planning a residential condominium tower with over 600 units across as many as 32 floors. Revuelta Architecture International is the design architect, and The Design Agency is handing interior design.

Foundation Permit Issued To The Related Group For 47-Story Tower At 77 SE 5th Street In Brickell, Miami

Miami’s Building Department has issued excavation permits for One Brickell Tower II, a 47-story multifamily building planned for 77 Southeast 5th Street in Brickell, Miami. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by the Related Group, the 478-foot-tall skyscraper will have 720,101 square feet of space including 506 apartments. The development represents one of three towers that are expected to rise on Related’s 3.9-acre One Brickell site, which includes the highly anticipated 73-story Baccarat condo tower and an even taller 82-story tower combining hotel and residential uses. John Moriarty & Associates is listed as the general contractor and Enea Garden Design Inc. is the landscape architect.

Plans have been filed for Nautica Hotel and Residences, a massive multi-towered mixed-use complex proposed for a 3.82-acre development site south of Fort Lauderdale’s New River, nestled in between Southwest 3rd Avenue on the north, Southwest Flagler Avenue on the south and Southwest 5th Street on the west. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture by ESDA, Inc. and developed by Cymbal DLT Companies, the project calls for three towers yielding nearly 2 million square feet of space, including a 32-story hotel with 148 keys, a 50-story condominium with 241 units, and a 39-story rental tower with 454 units. Langan Engineering is the civil engineer, Traf Tech Engineer is the traffic engineer, and Toothaker is the land use attorney for the proposed development, which encompasses properties addressed as 400, 420 Southwest 3rd Avenue and 201 Southwest 5th Street in the Tarpon River neighborhood of the Downtown corridor.
