Final plans have been submitted to the Design Review Board of the City of Miami Beach for 72nd & Park, a 21-story mixed-use building proposed to rise 233-feet in North Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica with Built Form as the architect of record and developed by KGTC LLC, the development is projected to yield 239,997 square feet of space including 270 residential units, of which 121 are microunits, over 40,000 square feet of amenities, 17,211 square feet of retail space and 326 parking spaces. The property is primarily addressed as 7145 Carlyle Avenue fronting North Shore Park along 72nd Street.

Located just steps from Brickell City Centre, the building is designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica with carefully curated interiors by design firm INC and landscaping by Urban Robot Associates. The development is projected to yield studio, one and two-bedroom residences ranging between 436 to 985 square feet priced from $490,000 to $1.3 million, with Cervera Real Estate handling sales and marketing.

Updated Design Revealed For 3900 Alton Road, Bayshore, Miami Beach

In a response to comments made by staff at the Design Review Board meeting on October 5th, refinements have been made to the design for 3900 Alton Road, a modern curvilinear 8-story residential tower proposed to rise in Bayshore, Miami Beach. The project is designed by internationally-acclaimed architectural firm Arquitectonica for M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC, an entity linked to Miami-based real estate developer Mast Capital, with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect. The development is projected to span 198,490 square feet of new construction with 178 residential units and 254 parking spaces. Today, we will take a look at the updated design for the building’s elevations and upgraded materials.

Melo Group has reportedly pre-sold 60% of inventory in under 6 months at the first phase of Aria Reserve, a 782-unit luxury residential development comprised of twin 62-story towers planned to be constructed at 700 Northeast 24th Street in Edgewater Miami. A major contribution to the boost in sales has been the recent lift of travel restrictions, as foreign buyers flock over to South Florida’s red-hot real estate market. Architecturally designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica, with interiors by MORADA Haute Furniture Boutique and lush landscaping by ArquitectonicaGEO, the pair of glass structures will rise 649-feet along Biscayne Bay, and are anticipated to become the tallest twin towers along a water front in the country. The south tower will yield 383 units, and is scheduled to break ground early 2022.

Plans have been revived for a prime piece of real estate along Downtown Tampa’s famed riverwalk. Developer Two Roads Development has partnered with Montage Hotels & Resorts to develop Pendry Tampa, a 38-story luxury hotel and residential building planned to rise at 103 Ashley Drive South. The project is comprised of a 5-star hotel with 220 rooms at the base of the tower, with 207 Pendry Residences throughout the upper floors, and opulent amenities. Pendry Tampa would be the fourth residential location of it’s kind, and Tampa Bay’s third five-star luxury branded residence.

Lofty Brickell Receives Height Increase And Design Changes In Newly Revealed Renderings

New renderings has been released to the public of Lofty Brickell, a short-term rental tower being planned for 99 Southwest 7th Street – a prime location facing the Miami River in Brickell. Arquitectonica remains as the design architect for the building, which based on the renderings has been increased to nearly 50 stories, up from the previously planned 37-stories. The rendering of the tower facing southeast towards the Metrorail bridge was first posted in a paid advertisement from The Real Deal with details on unit pricing. Newgard Development Group is developer behind the efforts to redevelop the site, which will eventually give rise to three towers.

Former Auberge Residences Site Is Renamed To Casa Bella As Related Group Prepares For Sales Launch

The Related Group, one of Miami’s most active real estate developers, is planning to launch sales soon for Casa Bella, a 60-story residential building at 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in Downtown Miami near the border of Edgewater. The development site is where Aubuerge Residences was once planned, a glass-clad tower with wave-like proportions designed by Arquitectonica. According to The Next Miami, Related is likely reusing the original plans for the newly named tower as the height, unit count and layout are nearly identical. Casa Bella is projected to yield over 300 luxury residences ranging from 1 – 5 bedrooms and a maximum of 6 units per floor featuring interiors by Piero Lissoni.

Miami’s Department of Buildings has received an application for demolition permits from Newgard Development Group for 99 Southwest 7th Street in Brickell, where the developer is planning to build three towers. The interior lot sits across the street from Brickell City Centre, spans over 70,000 square feet, and is currently improved with a 20,00-square-foot commercial structure. Little detail is known of the project as a whole, but we do know the first of the three towers will be known as Lofty Brickell, a 35-story mixed-use building containing branded condos, high-end apartments and a hotel. The structure would rise approximately nearly 400-feet over the Miami River and feature designs from Arquitectonica.
