Onda Residences Tops Off Construction At 1135 103rd Street In Bay Harbor Islands

Onda Residences, a 41-unit residential building project developed by Ugo Colombo of CMC Group and Valerio Morabito of Morabito Properties, has topped off construction at eight stories. Located along Biscayne Bay at 1135 103rd Street, the architect behind the project is Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica. Enzo Enea of Enea Garden Design is designing landscape architecture, and Carlo and Paolo Colombo of A++ Human Sustainable Architecture are handling interior design. Coastal Construction is the development’s general contractor and will complete construction later this year.

Developers Seek Design Review Approval For Proposed 10-Story Mixed-Use Building At 6940 Abbott Avenue In Miami Beach

6940 North Beach LLC, a joint venture between entities controlled by Rainer Viete, Jose Boschetti, and Eduardo Otaola, has filed an application requesting design review approval to construct a new 10-story mixed-use building at 6940 Abbott Avenue, the site of a former BellSouth office and parking lot that is no longer in use in the North Beach section of Miami Beach. Designed by Arquitectonica with Biscayne Engineering as the land surveyor and civil engineer, the 130-foot-tall structure would yield 134,573 gross square feet of space, including 96-unit multi-family units, of which 21 would be co-living units, 2,192 square feet of ground floor retail, and 90 parking spaces. The property spans roughly 24,800 square feet and is bound by Byron Avenue to the west and Abbott Avenue to the east. Plans have been fully revealed for One Brickell Riverfront, a 1,160,588-square-foot mixed-use development at 99 Southwest 7th Street south of the Miami River in Brickell. The proposal consists of two towers, one of which is the recently-ground-broken 44-story Lofty Brickell, and a second tower of 43 stories. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Newgard Development Group, the project would yield 784 residential units, ground floor retail space, 13,170 square feet of office space, and 919 parking spaces.

A Miami-based developer plans a 20-story luxury condo tower named Ocean Harbor between the Intracoastal Waterway and Harbor Drive in Fort Lauderdale. Designed by Arquitectonica with EcoPlan, Inc. as the landscape architect and Craven Thompson & Associates, Inc. as the civil engineer, the 240-foot-tall structure would yield 36 residential units and 108 parking spaces. The developer’s identity is masked by Ocean Harbor Properties, LLC, which according to records, does not list any individuals as managers or members and has AGI Registered Agents, Inc. as the registered agent. Fort Lauderdale’s Development Review Committee will consider plans on February 14 for Ocean Harbor, located at 3019 Harbor Drive near Seabreeze Boulevard/Florida State Road A1A.
