Standard International And Rosso Development Break Ground On The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami

Hospitality and real estate innovators Standard International, Rosso Development, and Midtown Development have started construction on The Standard Residences, Midtown Miami. Situated at 3100 Northeast 1st Avenue in Midtown, nestled between the Design District and Wynwood, the 12-story building is a collaboration between the internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica, renowned interior designer Urban Robot Associates, The Standard’s award-winning in-house design team, landscape designer Naturalficial, and Civic Construction serving as the general contractor. The development boasts 228 residences and 34,000 square feet of thoughtfully curated amenity spaces.

Demolition permits are now in motion for a commercial building formerly serving as the sales center for Paramount Miami Worldcenter. Situated at 1016 Northeast 2nd Avenue, also recognized as the eastern parcel of Miami Worldcenter’s Block A, the demolition project encompasses removing a 26,946-square-foot structure, initially constructed in 1958 and expanded through 1981. The 90,827-square-foot property is poised for transformation. TNG MWC LLC, an affiliate of the New York-based Naftali Group (Naftali), is listed as the applicant of record, with plans to develop a 65-story mixed-use tower on the site.

FAA Permits Filed For Two 329-Foot-Tall Towers At 1919 North Flagler Drive In West Palm Beach

Permits have been submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for work on Olara Residences, a planned 329-foot-tall residential development at 1919 North Flagler Drive in the Currie Park district of West Palm Beach. The permits were filed on April 14, 2023, and are now under review by the FAA. Located along the western side of the Intracoastal Waterway, between Butler Street and Pine Street, the two-towered, 26-story project was designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica and is being developed by New York-based Savanna, which assembled the 1.82-acre development site for $15.9 million between June 2021 and June 2022. The blueprint for Olara Residences encompasses 275 condominiums and 210 apartments for lease, with interiors designed by New York-based Gabellini Sheppard Associates, 1,570 square feet of business area, approximately 80,000 square feet of amenities, and a 30,000-square-foot eatery and gourmet marketplace.
