New Construction Permits Filed For 55-Story Casa Bella With Coastal Construction As The General Contractor

New construction permits have been filed for Casa Bella by B&B Italia, a 55-story residential condominium building planned for 1400 Biscayne Boulevard in the northern section of Miami’s downtown corridor, just south of Edgewater. Designed by Arquitectonica with landscape architecture from Enzo Enea and developed between real estate developers Related Group and Alta Developers, the 648-foot-tall development will comprise 312 luxury residential units ranging from one to four bedrooms sized between 711 to 2,187 square feet, including select marquee penthouses ranging from 2,605 to 5,890 square feet. Units will feature stunningly-designed interiors by Lissoni New York in collaboration with high-end Italian furniture company B&B Italia. Coastal Construction is listed as the general contractor.

YIMBY has the latest interior renderings of EDITION Residences, Miami Edgewater, a 55-story bayfront luxury condominium building planned to rise at 2121 North Bayshore Drive in Edgewater, one of Miami’s premier neighborhoods for luxury high-rise living. Designed by visionary architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, founder of Arquitectonica, with acclaimed interiors by Studio Munge led by Alessandro Munge, the soaring 649-foot-tall sleek glass tower will comprise 185 bespoke homes and boast over 800 linear feet of bay frontage and uphold the quality of design, services, and amenities, signature to the EDITION brand. Foundations Underway For 46-Story ‘The Residences At 400 Central’ In Downtown St. Petersburg

Foundation work has begun for The Residences at 400 Central, a 46-story mixed-use building at 400 Central Avenue in Downtown St. Petersburg. Slated to become the city’s tallest building, the 515-foot-tall structure is designed by Miami-based Arquitectonica with interiors by Celano Design Studio and is being developed by New York City-based Red Apple Real Estate, led by John Catsimatidis. The project will yield 1.3 million square feet of space including 301 residential units, 35,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, retail and restaurant space, Class A office space, and a rooftop observatory with a view from Tampa Bay to the Gulf of Mexico. This first stage of foundation construction is expected to be completed in the next few months, and vertical constriction is expected to begin in early 2023.

Ytech Announces 70-Story First-Ever Solar-Powered High-Rise ‘The Residences At 1428 Brickell’

Miami-based real estate development firm Ytech, led by Yamal Yidios, has announced The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 70-story luxury condominium development planned for 1428 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Brickell Financial District. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by Italian architecture firm ACPV ARCHITECTS, the building will be the first-ever high-rise residential tower using solar energy, comprised of a limited collection of 189 fully-finished residences with two- to four-bedroom plus den units ranging from 1,800 to 4,000 square feet, and a penthouse collection of units ranging from 4,000 to 10,000 square feet. John Moriarty Associates, one of the country’s most prolific luxury condominium builders, has been selected as the general contractor. The award-winning engineering firm Cosentini Associates has been chosen as the property’s expert solar energy consultant. Cervera Real Estate serves as the sales team representing the property.
