Brand Urban, a Manhattan-based retail real estate brokerage and advisory firm, has announced that maman, the acclaimed French-inspired café and bakery from co-founders Elisa Marshall and Benjamin Sormonte, will open a new 2,590-square-foot location at 830 Brickell. This 55-story, 640,000-square-foot Class A+ office tower in Downtown Miami’s Brickell Financial District is a joint venture between developers OKO Group and Cain International.

Miami’s Urban Development Review Board has issued approval for 2900 Terrace, a new 38-story mixed-use development slated for 401 Northeast 29th Terrace in the Edgewater neighborhood. This 380-foot-tall project is a collaboration between LNDMRK Development and Oak Row Equities, with design by the renowned architectural firm Arquitectonica.
