Detailed Renderings And Diagrams Emerge For Upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences In Downtown Miami

Detailed renderings and diagrams have been revealed via a new Urban Development Review Board application for E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a mixed-use highrise under construction at 20 Northeast 11th Street in Downtown Miami’s Park West district. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with CHM Structural Engineers, LLC as the structural engineer, and developed between Property Markets Group and E11EVEN Partners under the PMG – 11th Street Venture LLC, the latest filing indicates the building will rise approximately 697 feet, or 709 feet above mean sea level, and span 63 stories. Plans for the development call for roughly 535,371 square feet of space inclusive of 485,000 square feet of residential space divided between 416 units, 38,860 square feet of commercial and retail space, and 41 parking spaces via a car elevator. The submittal is scheduled to be reviewed on November 16, 2022.

Plans have been submitted to Miami’s Urban Development Review Board (UDRB) for The Residences at 1428 Brickell, a 71-story solar-powered highrise residential building slated for 1428 Brickell Avenue in the heart of the Brickell financial district. Designed by Arquitectonica and developed by Ytech, the 861-foot-tall superstructure will yield approximately 824,681 square feet and contain 284 dwelling units, nearly 30,000 square feet of amenities, and an integrated 6-story garage with 503 parking spaces. Cosentini Associates is the project’s solar energy consultant, and John Moriarty & Associates is the general contractor.

Hyatt And Gencom Get Approval For 3-Tower Miami Riverbridge With 64% Of City Voters In Favor

Developers Hyatt Hotel Corp. and Gencom have gotten approval for the redevelopment of the 4.2-acre city-owned site at 400 Southeast 2nd Street in Downtown Miami. The November 8 referendum resulted in 64% of city voters in favor of the three-towered mixed-use development set to replace the aging Hyatt Regency Miami and James L. Knight Convention Center. Designed by Arquitectonica, the project will yield two towers of 61-stories and a 95-story supertall containing over 1,500 residential units, a flagship 615-room Hyatt Regency, 264 branded and serviced apartments 190,000 square feet of Class-A meeting and events space, 20,000 square feet of coworking space, 12,000 square feet of food and beverage/retail space, 50,000 square feet of open public space, 1,100 parking spaces, and a 480-foot-long rejuvenated riverwalk.

KAR Properties And Fortune International Group To Co-Develop 66-Story One River Point Designed By Rafael Viñoly

New York developer Shahab Karmely of KAR Properties and Miami developer Edgardo Defortuna of Fortune International Group announced a new partnership to co-develop One River Point, two connected riverfront-facing 66-story residential towers with a combined 300 units planned for 24 Southwest 4th Street in Downtown Miami. Under the One River Point Partners, LLC, the pair purchased the site from the original entity of One River Point, Miami River Project LLC, paying $58.85 million.
