New renderings and diagrams have been released via a Design Review Approval request for the proposal for 5333 Collins Avenue, a 17-story condominium tower planned to rise in Miami Beach. Designed by OMA New York with ODP Architecture & Designed listed as the architect of record and developed by Camilo Miguel Jr’s Mast Capital, the structure’s roofline should rise to 213-feet overlooking Indian Creek and the Atlantic Ocean, and yield 381,121 gross square feet including 246,906 square feet of residential space across 100 condo units, 183 parking spaces and nearly 23,000 square feet of amenities.

New renderings have been released for Magic City Innovation District, a massive multi-building transit-oriented mixed-use mega-development planned for Little Haiti in Miami. The project is comprised of 17 parcels of land spanning multiple blocks, primarily located between Northeast 2nd Avenue and Northeast 4th Court with Northeast 59th Terrace being the southern-most cross street and Northeast 64th Terrace as the northern-most street. Being developed by a partnership between Plaza Equity Partners, Metro 1 and Luna Rouge, the new district will yield residential, hotel, office, retail and expo space across 18-acres.

A new batch of detailed-massing and aerial renderings have been revealed for two new towers at the MiamiCentral complex, a 3-million-square-foot mixed-use railroad station development located primarily addressed as 600 Northwest 1st Avenue in the western perimeters of Downtown Miami. The renderings reveal in more detail two nearly identical 848-foot-tall primarily residential skyscrapers spanning 83-stories each, potentially addressed and referred to as One MiamiCentral, featuring designs by Borges + Associates Architects and developed by prominent developer Florida East Coast Industries, the parent company of Brightline.

New in-depth details have emerged on the 749-foot-tall Bentley Residences planned to rise at 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. In a recent interview on Dezer Development’s Gil Dezer and Sieger Suarez Architects’ Charles M. Sieger with Dolce Luxury Magazine, the developer and architect spoke in more detail on the design and exterior as well as some interior features of the tower, which is on track to become the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States, yielding over 200 luxury units across 60 stories on 3.6 acres of waterfront property.
