One Bayfront Plaza is the working name of a proposed skyscraper located in Miami-Dade County, FL. At the time of publication, its status was “in for redesign.” The project will cost over $10 million to complete.
The City of Miami Beach is considering the construction of a 7-story building dedicated to Artist Workforce Housing near Collins Park. Addressed as 224 23rd Street, the interior lot is on the northwest corner of the block, bounded by Liberty Avenue to the west, 22nd Street to the south and Collins Avenue to the east. The Miami Beach Boardwalk is just a block over, and the project is being developed through a public-private partnership between the city and developer Servitas, LLC.
The Estates at Acqualina is an upcoming luxury residence coming soon to Sunny Isles, FL. Construction began the quarter three of 2019 and is expected to reach completion in August 2022.
Prehistoric archaeological artifacts have been discovered at the site of Related Group’s 444 Brickell Avenue, where the developer is planning to build 3 mixed-use towers as high as 82-stories. The remains were uncovered during the demolition of the parking garage that once housed vehicles for the already-demolished U.S. Customs House. According to the Phase 1 Cultural Resource Assessment of the site, the parcel is located within Miami’s Archaelogical Conservation Zone, an area beginning around the mouth of the Miami River.
Resorts Miami is a mixed-used development coming soon to the Omni District of Greater Downtown Miami. Per the Construction Journal, the complex will comprise three buildings that will measure 649 feet tall. The towers will also be 60 stories above grade.
