Designed by Behar Font & Partners and developed by Okan Group, the 902-foot tall megaplex is located at 555 North Miami Avenue, at the crossroads of culture, entertainment, art, fine dining, and Miami’s waterfront. The development will include residences anchored by a Hilton Hotel, offering a range of exclusive amenities. Upon completion, Okan Tower will yield over 900,000 square feet of space, including a 316-key Hilton Miami Bayfront Hotel, 163 Sky Residences with owners-only amenities, 236 Short-Term Rental Residences powered by Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and 64,000 square feet of ‘Class A’ office space. The project, exclusively marketed and sold by Fortune Development Sales, is poised to become one of Miami’s tallest towers.
Developers One Thousand Group and Terra, in partnership with Major Food Group, have submitted a permit application to the Miami Building Department for Villa Residences, a 58-story residential condominium tower designed by the acclaimed ODP Architecture & Design (ODP Architects), set to rise at 710 Northeast 29th Street in the Edgewater neighborhood of Miami. The application, filed on April 20, outlines a tower reaching 650 feet in height. The gross square footage for the development is listed at 358,944, with the residential portion occupying 351,221 square feet. The permit filing estimates the construction cost at $62,817,300 with Moss Construction listed as the general contractor.
Six Fisher Island is a luxury 11-story building aiming for a 2025 delivery. Designed by Kobi Karp, the high-rise venture will comprise 50 residences, ranging from three-bedroom to five-bedroom layout plans.
Domus Brickell is slated for a 2025 delivery. The 12-story building will comprise 171 furnished residences, ranging from studios to two-bedroom units. They will measure 330 square feet to 979 square feet.
