Miami-based developer Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), in partnership with Vertical Developments, has secured a $24.5 million construction loan from Rok Lending for the Visions at Brickell Station development. This wellness-forward condo-hotel project, designed by DTI Architects with interiors by Concepto Taller de Arquitectura, is located in Miami’s Brickell neighborhood. With over 50 percent sold, this project is on track for its expected completion in 2025.

Developers Complete Utilities Deal With Miami-Dade County For 31-Story Tower At 600 Miami Worldcenter

The 31-story 600 Miami Worldcenter (600 MWC) has reached a significant development milestone, with the developers securing a utility agreement from Miami-Dade’s Water and Sewer Department. This agreement is essential for providing services to the building, marking notable progress in this pre-construction phase of the project. Designed by Revuelta Architecture International and featuring interiors by Designagency, the development is a joint venture between Aria Development and Merrimac Ventures under the 55 NE 6TH ACQUISITION LLC. The 327-foot-tall structure is set to rise at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, bordered by Northeast 6th Street to the south and train tracks to the north. OneWorld Properties is exclusively managing sales and marketing for the project. Miami’s Urban Development Review Board recommended approval for 600 MWC in July.
