This financial infusion, arranged by Linkvest Capital with $78 million in refinancing for the first mortgage and an additional $26 million in first mortgages from Banesco for 1500 and 1548 Brickell Avenue, propels the development into its subsequent phases, including demolition and construction. Designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by designer Alessandro Munge of Studio Munge, the 55-story, 649-foot-tall glass tower will be situated at 2121 North Bayshore Drive along Biscayne Bay with 800 linear feet of bay frontage. The development will mark Studio Munge’s first residential project in Miami.
