Alture Westland is nearing completion in Hialeah, Florida. The $30 million venture, located on the former premises of a Ramada Inn, will offer 251 luxury median-priced units. According to a 2021 report from the Miami-Herald, layout plans comprise studios and one-bedroom units, ranging from 340 square feet to 600 square feet each.
New construction permits have been filed for Baccarat Residences, a 73-story residential skyscraper located at 99 Southeast 5th Street in Brickell. The permit filing has revealed the structure will top out at 835-feet, and will contain 806,326 square feet of space including 796,326 square feet of space designated for residential use across 352 condominium units and 10,000 square feet of space for a restaurant. The corporation listed as the owner of the application is 444 Brickell Partners, LLC, an affiliate of the Related Group (Related) led by prolific real estate developer Jorge M. Perez, who is often referred to as the condo king of Miami. Related is developing the highly anticipated tower with SH Hotels & Resorts, who manages the Baccarat Hotel in New York. The building is designed by Miami-based international architecture firm Arquitectonica with lavish interiors by New York City-based Meyers Davis, and landscaping will be handled by Enzo Enea of Zurich-based Enea Garden Design. John Moriarty and Associates of Florida Inc. is listed as the general contractor.

Designed by global architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by São Paulo-based Anastassiadis and landscaping by EDSA, the development will be situated on 435 linear feet of waterfront property with panoramic views of both the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway. The South Tower will be the first to enter the market with 194 residences ranging from two-to-four bedrooms and including penthouses. With development sales that have consistently outpaced the rest of the area’s ultra-luxury condominium market, the project is yet another success story from the renowned partnership of Fortune International Group and Château Group.
Cipriani Residences Miami is a new luxury venture featuring three high-rise buildings, measuring 80, 59, and 50 stories above grade. The tallest tower (called “the Cipriani Tower”) measures 939 feet tall.
