Construction is officially underway for the NoMad Residences Wynwood, a nine-story building offering 329 condos. The condos, which are expected to be completed by 2025, start at a price point of $600,000 for a studio, and they come fully furnished.
One Thousand Group, the developers behind the illustrious One Thousand Museum and the highly anticipated Villa Miami, led by principals Louis Birdman, Michael Konig, and Kevin Venger, have submitted plans for a 47-story, 635-foot-tall Class-A ultra-luxury office tower to the City of Miami. The tower is designed by the renowned architectural firm Kohn Pederson Fox (KPF), headquartered in New York City, known globally for its expertise in designing office towers, including iconic structures like One Vanderbilt, 10, 30 & 55 Hudson Yards in NYC. Florida-based ODP Architecture & Design is serving as the Architect of Record for the project. The plans were filed by Tower 36, LLC, an affiliate of One Thousand Group. The project is currently referred to as Tower 36 and is scheduled for review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board on Wednesday, October 18th.
Coastline-Nakash Capital Group hopes to move forward with the Eden, a multifamily apartment complex near Miami International Airport. Under the proposal, the Eden would have 720 units, with homes ranging from 491 to 1,483 square feet in size.

On October 10, 2023, the Wynwood Design Review Committee will assess a waiver request for a 12-story mixed-use development at 18 Northwest 23rd Street. Designed by Arquitectonica with interiors by MKDA and developed by Alchemy-ABR-BCP Wynwood LLC (an affiliate of New York-based Alchemy-ABR Investment Partners), this structure will rise 178 feet, comprising 291,767 square feet. This space includes 158,309 square feet for residential purposes, distributed among 178 rental units, 12,852 square feet for indoor and outdoor amenities, 13,520 square feet for ground-floor retail, and 167 parking spaces. The project’s genesis traces back to Alchemy Properties’ acquisition of the 34,200-square-foot parking lot from The Salvation Army for $18 million in October 2022.
