Toronto-based online real estate brokerage Haüskey Inc. and Miami-based eReal Estate Holding, LLC have teamed up with some of today’s major real estate developers such as Property Markets Group (PMG), OKO Group, Newgard Development Group, KAR Properties, Lennar, Tishman Speyer and several other industry leaders to launch Condos.com, a global online marketplace dedicated to new and pre-construction condominium developments. The platform takes on a digital-first approach to purchasing condos by providing a seamless online sales experience for general buyers, developers and investors. Condos.com is headquartered in Miami, and is already rapidly expanding to various markets with the intentions of revolutionizing the way people buy condos.

Chetrit Group Completes Utilities Deal With Miami-Dade County For Miami River Mega Project In Brickell

Meyer Chetrit’s vision for the 4.2 million-square-foot Miami River mixed-use complex is one step closer to becoming a reality. On June 30, 2021, the developer signed a utilities deal with Miami-Dade County on behalf of CG Miami River LLC, allowing for the connection of the 6-acre mega development to the city’s water and sewage system. According The Next Miami, the deal will include 1,843 residential units, 54,200 square feet of full service restaurants, 40,000 square feet of office space, 130,600 square feet of retail and 17 marina slips. Kobi Karp is the designing the four proposed towers with GT McDonald Enterprises managing construction.

New Rendering Of 749-Foot-Tall Bentley Residences By ArX Solutions Surfaces

ArX Solutions has released a new rendering of Dezer Development’s upcoming residential project titled Bentley Residences, a 749-foot-tall cylindrical skyscraper proposed for 18401 Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects in collaboration with Bentley Motors. The tower is set to become the tallest residential building on a beachfront in the United States, rising more than 60 stories over the oceanfront on 3.6 acres of property.
