Just recently, Miami-based real estate developer Newgard Development Group released detailed plans for Lofty Brickell, a mixed-use high rise being planned for 99 Southwest 7th Street on prime Brickell waterfront property facing the Miami River. Located just steps from Brickell City Centre, the building is designed by internationally acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica with carefully curated interiors by design firm INC and landscaping by Urban Robot Associates. The development is projected to yield studio, one and two-bedroom residences ranging between 436 to 985 square feet priced from $490,000 to $1.3 million, with Cervera Real Estate handling sales and marketing.

Destination Sport Miami Is Planned Near Dolphin Mall In Doral, Miami

A massive multi-story indoor sports and recreational facility is being planned near Miami’s Dolphin Mall in the Sweetwater neighborhood. Named Destination Sport Miami, the building will span nearly 1 million square feet – soon to become one of the largest sports facilities in North America. The project is being developed by a group of backers lead by Hockey Hall of Famer Bryan Trottier, who signed a land lease for 20-acres with Cimabian Group. Robert Andrus, president of Andrus Architecture, is named as the architect.

Moishe Mana And Zyscovich Architects Unveil Final Design For Nikola Tesla Innovation Hub

The final design plans have been unveiled for the Nikola Tesla Innovation Hub, a 13-story office and commercial building undergoing a complete gut renovation and redesign at 155 South Miami Avenue – the northeast corner at the intersection with South 2nd Avenue in the Flagler District, Downtown Miami. Originally built in 1980, the revamp of the structure will bring 137,000 square feet of office space and 6,000 square feet of commercial space. Developed by Moishe Mana of Mana Common and designed by award-winning architecture firm Zyscovich Architects, the project is being geared towards the emerging tech industry in Miami with the hopes of attracting major technology companies and innovative startups.

AMLI Residential Acquires Midtown 7 Development Site For $30.5 Million

Chicago-based AMLI Residential has acquired an 80,000-square-foot development site from real estate developer Midtown Development in Midtown Miami. Midtown Opportunities VB LLC, an affiliate of Midtown Development, sold the vacant 1.84-acre site to PPF AMLI 3001 NE 1st Avenue LLC, an entity linked to AMLI, for $30.5 million. The property is addressed as 3001 Northeast 1st Avenue, often recognized as Midtown 7, and is bounded by Gio Midtown on the north and Yard 8 Midtown on the south between Northeast 1st and East Coast Avenues with additional frontage on Northeast 30th Street.
