CI Financial Signs 20,000-Square-Foot Lease At The 55-Story 830 Brickell Under Construction In Miami’s Financial District

CI Financial Corp will be joining Microsoft as a tenant at the 55-story 830 Brickell Class A+ office tower under construction in Brickell. The Canadian asset and wealth management firm has announced the signing of a 20,000-square-foot lease as they plan to establish a headquarters in the U.S. within Miami’s Financial District. The 724-foot-tall is designed by Adrian Smith + Gordon Gil with Revuelta Architecture International as the executive architect for developers OKO Group and Cain International, the duo behind Missoni Baia and Una Residences, and Italian architecture and design firm Iosa Ghini Associati is handling interiors.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences Approved By FAA To Rise 709-Feet Above Sea Level

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has granted height approvals for 20 Northeast 11th Street, the site of the upcoming E11EVEN Hotel & Residences, a 65-story mixed-use skyscraper planned for the Park West section of Greater Downtown Miami. Anticipated to rise 709-feet above sea level on the western side of block 18 as per the property appraiser, the interior lots include lot 7 (30 NE 11th St.), 8 and 9, adding up to 18,750 square feet in total floor area. The building is designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, and developed by New York City and Miami-based Property Markets Group with E11EVEN Partners, led by Michael Simkins, Marc Roberts and Ken Degori.

Full Site Plan, Diagrams And Additional Renderings Unveiled For Kobi Karp-Designed Legacy Hotel & Residences

Detailed site plans and diagrams have finally been unveiled for Miami Worldcenter’s (MWC) upcoming Legacy Hotel & Residences, a 51-story neo-futuristic mixed-use skyscraper underway at 938 Northeast 1st Avenue in Downtown Miami. Set to rise 681-feet within the Park West neighborhood, the highly anticipated tower is designed by Kobi Karp for Miami-based Royal Palm Companies as part of the 27-acre MWC mega-development. The city’s Urban Development Review Board has received an application for the project requesting approvals for the include site plans. Marissa Neufeld of Greenberg Traurig LLP is listed as the representative for the developer in the application.
