North Miami Ventures LLC hopes to move forward with NoMi Square, an $118 million venture slated for Miami Shores, Florida. The South Florida Business Journal reports that the owner acquired the 7.6-acre site for $4.5 million last year.
Southpointe Vista is underway in Miami, Florida. The residential community could start construction soon and cost nearly $123 million to complete. The community rests on a 3.46-acre build site. Sources note that at the time of publication, the venture had received approval from city officials.
Aetna Realty, a fully integrated New York-based real estate investment company, has unveiled conceptual renderings of a potential redevelopment of 22 East Flagler Street in Downtown Miami. The 1.65-acre property comprises two parcels situated along South Miami Avenue between East Flagler Street and Southeast 1st Street and was once home to a Macy’s and now defunct Burdines department stores. The property boasts over 500,000 square feet of commercial space with its current improvements, which are two 75-year old multistory structures connected via a sky bridge hovering over South Miami Avenue. According to Aetna Realty, the property is primed to become another one of their crown jewels with two soaring skyscrapers spanning 50 to 55 stories.
Construction has started on CentroCity, a mixed-use development in Miami, Florida. The venture will renovate the area’s Central Shopping Plaza and offer 1,188 apartments on a 39-acre plot. Plans also call for a charter school anchored by a Target, Walgreens, and Fresco Mas,
The St. Regis Residences, Miami is a luxury housing development unfolding in Miami, Florida. Sources report that the multi-million-dollar venture could start construction in late 2023. Upon completion, the east tower alone will offer close to 150 residences in a high-rise building. They start at $2.9 million.
