Renderings Revealed For Massive Mixed-Use Development Titled 29N At 95 Northwest 29th Street In Wynwood, Miami

The Wynwood Design Review Committee has received applications seeking approvals for 29N, a 964,963-square-foot mixed-use development in the Wynwood Arts District on a 2.9-acre site. Developed by New York City-based developers L&L Holding Company and Carpe Real Estate Partners, the building will be comprised of two interconnected structures of 8 and 12 stories spanning two transect zones addressed as 95 Northwest 29th Street. Gensler is responsible for the design of the project, which will yield 523 residential units, 26,372 square feet of commercial space, 200,618 square feet of office space and 668 parking spaces.

Updated Renderings And Diagrams Unveiled For Wynwood Works At 2035 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood, Miami

The final submission for the 12-story Wynwood Works has been received by the Wynwood Design Review Committee including revised designs for further review. The 179,105-square-foot mixed-use development is being developed by Wynwood Works LLC, a partnership between affordable housing developer Magellan Housing and Miami Heat star Udonis Haslem. The structure is expected to rise at 2035 North Miami Avenue on mostly vacant land owned by OMNI Community Redevelopment Agency (OMNI CRA) and is designed by Studio MC+G Architecture.

225-Unit Crowdfunded MOHAWK At Wynwood Is Scheduled To Break Ground In 2023

Miami-based developer Rilea Group, who’s had a long track record of successful real estate projects in South Florida, recently closed on the acquisition of a prominent 1.5 acre piece of property that will allow for the construction of MOHAWK at Wynwood, a 12-story mixed-use building set to rise at 50 Northeast 29th Street in Wynwood near the border with Edgewater. Bounded by NE 28th St. to the south with N. Miami Ave. to the west, project is expected to yield 225 apartment rentals, 22,000 square feet of retail space, and 3,500 square feet of rentable private office space.

Chetrit Group Applies For Construction Permits To Build A 54-Story Mixed-Use Tower At Their Miami River Development

GC Miami River, LLC, a subsidiary of New York City-based developer the Chetrit Group, has applied for new construction permits to build the first of four proposed towers for their 4.2 million square-foot Miami River development. According to the filing documents, the structure will rise to the height of 643-feet across 54-stories, yielding an astounding 1,177,448 square feet of space including 632 residences and 12,305 square feet of commercial space. Kobi Karp is the design architect with GT McDonald Enterprises managing construction.
