Developers have released conceptual renderings of Parramore City Towers online, a mixed-use venture with a multi-million-dollar price tag. The project, which will reach completion in phases, will yield hotel rooms and 180 units––a mix of affordable housing and at-market homes.
Altis Davie could soon take shape near the Bergeron Rodeo Grounds in Davie, Florida. Resting on a 4.1-acre site, the residential community would offer 286 units spread across two four-story buildings.
St. Petersburg, Florida, will soon be home to a new mixed-use development. Orange Station at the EDGE will offer 50,000 square feet of prime office space, a 600-spot parking garage, and 14,000 square feet of ground-floor retail. But that’s not all.
