The Motor Enclave in Tampa, Florida, is presently undergoing construction. The Tampa Bay Business Journal reports that the 200-acre site will sit by the Tampa Executive Airport. Upon completion, the luxury development will offer 300 units, starting at around $280,000 each.
Valhalla Island Resort will start construction in April 2022, records show. The 26-acre mixed-use venture in Marathon, Florida, will comprise a three-story 29-room resort and 50 residential units. It’s owned by Johnny Morris, the founder of Bass Pro Shops.
Aurora St. Leon Apartments is unfolding in Ocala, Florida. Records show that the multi-family housing development will offer 277 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. There will be 10 different floor models to choose from. Originally, the development was called “Bel Canto.”
Atlantic Pacific Communities has plans for a $28 million affordable housing complex in the Overtown Miami area. It’s called “Culmer Place.”
In December 2021, Shad Khan, the owner of the Jacksonville Jaguars, told reporters that he felt Jacksonville was going “downhill.” In an effort to draw more visitors into the area, Khan’s development group, Iguana Investments, is focusing on a new Four Seasons in Duval County. Khan has been working on this venture since 2017.
