Miami-based Archway Partners has closed on a site where it plans to build Clearwater Gardens. The affordable housing development will comprise 81 units: thirty one-bedroom units and 51 two-bedroom units.
Construction has concluded on J. Ardin at Apopka, a residential development in Central Florida. According to Multi-Housing News, the 304-unit complex offers one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans.
