Johnson Development Associates has broken ground on the Sora Vista Apartments, a residential development in Palm Harbor. The garden-style community will offer 264 residences, measuring 800 t0 1,400 square feet each.
Rez Se Land LLC, a Miami-based developer, has proposed the Forest Apartments, a 300-unit residential complex in Margate, FL. Homes would measure about 740 square feet to 1,160 square feet each, with the residences themselves divided amongst five five-story buildings on a 7.14-acre plot. They would comprise one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans.
Developers are continuing to move forward with Lake House in St. Petersburg, although it has scaled back the venture significantly amid community concerns. Initially, the residential tower was to measure 18 stories above grade and offer 77 units.
A South Florida-based developer hopes to get approval for two apartment complexes, named Soleste Reserve I and Soleste Reserve II. Combined, the two would bring more than 600 residential units to Davie, Florida.
