Vicar’s Landing at Oak Bridge is a $162 million venture that will wrap up construction in May 2022. The project’s conception began back in 2018, per the Construction Journal. Plans are underway for a 60-unit assisted living/memory care facility, as well as 175 residential units. In total, the development will require 21,000 square feet of new construction.
