Blue Sky Landing is undergoing construction in Fort Pierce, Florida. Opening in December 2022, the two-building housing development will feature 164 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom options. It will cost about $20 million to complete.

Summer House at Lake Apopka is undergoing construction in Apopka, Florida. The $50.9 million project will comprise four buildings measuring four stories above grade. It will offer 267 apartments, measuring 797 square feet to 1,378 square feet each.
