Ocoee’s City Commission has approved plans for a low-rise hotel. Cambria Suites at Ocoee would measure six stories above grade, offering 117 rooms.
NJR Investment and Development Company has changed its plans for Claridge Lane Townhomes, which is now known as “Aerie on 3rd.” Previously, Claridge Lane Townhomes was to offer 15 three-bedroom townhomes, starting in the low $1,000,000s.
The Gulfstream Hotel’s renovation and expansion are just one step closer to reality, with construction having already started on the first phase. Our sources indicate that the historic hotel, erected in 1925, was mostly “gutted” for the past few years.
