A new affordable housing community could soon call Lakeland, Florida, home. Sources report that the 60-unit development will focus on helping people with insecure housing. LKLD Now notes that the venture is dubbed “Griffin Lofts of Lakeland.”
Sources report that a new multi-family development is slated for Okaloosa County in North Florida. Get the Coast calls the neighborhood “Forest Shore Villas.” The community will offer 53 rental villas on a 10-acre plot.

Poinciana Lakes Plaza is a commercial endeavor slated for Central Florida. While the 33-acre build site is mostly undeveloped, when construction ends, it’ll offer 240,000 square feet of new construction.
Soleste on the Bay is a 28-story luxury tower slated for North Miami Beach. The venture will comprise more than 700,000 square feet of new construction, featuring 363 units. The apartments will range from about 550 square feet to 1,200 square feet, featuring studios to three-bedroom units.
