Renovation Of 155 South Miami Avenue Progresses In Downtown Miami

Renovation work is progressing at 155 South Miami Avenue, a 13-story office building at the northeast corner of South Miami Avenue and Southeast 2nd Street in the Flagler District of Downtown Miami. Moishe Mana of Park Realty Enterprise LLC is the owner and developer behind the transformation of the 166,000-square-foot structure, which was originally built in 1980 and held federal immigrations offices. The partial demolition and interior renovation of the building will make way for what will become known as the Nikola Tesla Innovation Hub, named after the famed inventor and electrical engineer.

Massing Diagram Revealed For Two 848-Foot-Tall Mixed-Use Towers At MiamiCentral

New massing diagrams have been revealed for Florida East Coast Industries’ (FECI) 220 Northwest 1st Avenue and 195 Northwest 2nd Street. The developer is the powerhouse behind the MiamiCentral development, a massive 3 million square-foot mixed-use transportation hub located on a lengthy 9-acre site in Miami’s Historic Overtown District, designed by Skidmore Owings & Merril with Zyscovich Architects as the architect of record. The diagrams are derived from an application filed to the Miami-Dade County Department of Regulatory and Economic Resources, which was filed on May 10, 2021.

Society Biscayne Nears Topping Out In Downtown Miami

Construction nears topping out on Society Biscayne at 400 Biscayne Boulevard, a 571-foot-tall mixed-use skyscraper in Downtown Miami. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects, the 49-story tower is one of the most recent to rise along Biscayne Boulevard and amongst the tallest under construction within Miami’s city limits, located near the American Airlines Arena and Bayfront Park, and one block north from the site of the upcoming Waldorf Astoria Hotel and Residences. The developers of the tower are Property Markets Group and Greybrook Realty Partners.
