Volaris Lake Wilson is undergoing construction in Davenport, Florida. The residential complex will comprise 310 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layout plans. According to GrowthSpotter, the community will comprise two 48-unit buildings and six 36-unit buildings. Each garden-style building will measure three stories above grade.
Grand Living at Wellen will offer 192 apartments, comprising more than 235,000 square feet of new construction. Of the 192 apartments, 156 are independent and assisted living units, and 36 are memory care units. The homes will be in a four-story building.
Construction is continuing on Aventon Lana, a 396-unit community in Clearwater, Florida. Construction started on the venture in 2021 and is now leasing for 2023.
