Soleste on the Bay is a 28-story luxury tower slated for North Miami Beach. The venture will comprise more than 700,000 square feet of new construction, featuring 363 units. The apartments will range from about 550 square feet to 1,200 square feet, featuring studios to three-bedroom units.
Construction is ongoing on Aria Reserve, a luxury residential complex in Miami-Dade County, Florida. The multi-million-dollar venture will offer two of the tallest waterfront dual towers in the continental U.S. They will both measure 62 stories above grade and require more than one million square feet of new construction.
Rosewood Residences at Lido Key is scheduled for completion in 2026. The complex will offer 65 condos in Sarasota, Florida. According to sources, the community will “bring a new luxury lifestyle experience to the area and the United States at large.”
City Village is a mixed-use venture headed for Coral Springs, Florida. The project was previously dubbed “Village Square.” Sources report that the project will mostly comprise retail ventures and apartments. City Village will rest on 12.8 acres and span two blocks.
