According to Unicorp National Developments Inc., Glasshouse at O-Town West brings a “level of sophistication to Orlando that no other apartment community offers.” Construction is ongoing on the development, which commenced construction in August 2020, per the Construction Journal.

Plans are underway for a 60-unit assisted living/memory care facility, as well as 175 residential units. In total, the development will require 21,000 square feet of new construction.
Bimini Cove is a new luxury rental development coming soon to Fort Lauderdale, FL. The mixed-use complex will not only feature 140 units but will also comprise exactly 184,259 retail space, per the Construction Journal.
