Preserves at Park Trace is unfolding in Stuart, Florida. The $44.6 million housing development will offer more than 100 single-family units on a 97-acre lot. Options comprise five floorplans, ranging from two-bedroom to five-bedroom options.
Construction on the Cove at 47th started in August 2022. Flaherty & Collins Properties Inc. is the developer. On its website, the organization noted that plans call for 327 luxury apartments. Layout plans range from studios to two-bedroom units.
Developers are moving forward with Canvas City Homes, a planned townhome community in St. Petersburg, Florida. The homes are described as “modern” and “industrial.” Upon completion, the venture could offer 10 three-story units. St. Pete Rising notes that the complex could finish construction in late 2023 or early 2024.
Twisted Oaks development is a new housing complex coming to Wildwood, Florida. The $550 million venture could start construction in the first quarter of 2024. Villages-News reports that the development will feature 1,260 homes on a 387-acre plot.
Sandpiper Glen, an affordable senior housing development, is slated for Orlando, Florida. Groundbreaking happened earlier this month. The development will offer 288 units, ranging from 630 square feet to 1,286 square feet each. Future residents can choose from one-bedroom to three-bedroom floorplans.
