Construction could start on Palm Springs Residences later this year. The venture requires demolishing a YMCA that will relocate elsewhere in Palm Beach County, Florida. When finished, the development will comprise more than 260,000 square feet of new construction.
Diesel Wynwood is unfolding in South Florida. The eight-story building will offer 159 loft-style homes, ranging from studios to three-bedroom residences. There are also 14 two-story penthouses.
Deer Creek Senior Living is undergoing construction in Gainesville, Florida. The 62+ community will offer 62 units in a five-story building, ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom layout plans. The 3.30-acre build site requires about 66,000 square feet of new construction.
Sunseeker Resort in Port Charlotte, Florida, is accepting reservations for May 2023. While still under construction, the hotel offers over 770 units. They include 720 condo units (which can also double as hotel rooms at owners’ discretion) and 75 standard hotel rooms.
citizenM Miami World Center is scheduled to open in Summer 2022, after beginning construction in November 2019. The luxury hotel will comprise 351 rooms, requiring 127,000 square feet of new construction. Some rooms come with wall-to-wall beds, as the micro-sized rooms start at 151 square feet each.
