Developers hope to move forward with a development dubbed “Snug Harbor,” a mixed-use venture in St. Petersburg, Florida. St. Pete Rising reports that the community could offer 376 housing units on a 39-acre plot. The north end of the development would offer 120 rental units spread across two buildings. That area will also have a waterfront restaurant, 200 dry slips, and 45 wet slips.
Deland, Florida, could soon be home to a new housing development that’s estimated to cost $224 million to complete. Meet Trinity Gardens. The Deland City Commission approved the rezoning request in May 2021. The 184-acre development will comprise 543 homes. Of those homes, plans call for 425 single-family homes and 118 townhomes.
Elevation Pointe is a massive mixed-used development planned for St. Augustine, Florida. The venture will offer residences, commercial enterprises, and more on a 190-acre lot. It’ll cost about $395 million to complete.
Construction on Hyde Park House Bayfront started in 2020. Now, nearly two years later, the project is close to completion. The 22-story tower offers 70 units, with various floorplans to choose from. There are condos and penthouses.
The Waverly at Pensacola is a “little piece of Los Angeles” coming to Escambia County, Florida. Per Pensacola News Journal, the venture will break ground later this Fall. The development will offer 54 luxury condos, with units starting in the $900,000 range.
