GFO Investments through affiliate 14th Street Miami Investments LLC has filed plans for a 32-story tower in Miami-Dade County. The 14 Roc condo would offer 283 fully furnished condos, ranging from 410 to 964 square feet each.

An Orlando developer has revised plans for a townhome community in the city’s Hourglass District. Originally proposed in February 2024, plans initially called for 44 three-story townhomes measuring 45 feet tall.
