Cornerstone is a new residential development unfolding in Jupiter, Florida. The luxury development will offer 15 units in a five-story building, with each home measuring 2,000 to 4,000 square feet each.
SeaGlass Jupiter Island is scheduled to open in Fall 2022. Construction started on the venture in December 2020. The complex will measure 10 stories above grade and comprise 21 residences, featuring three-bedroom to four-bedroom units.

The development yields 329-units ranging from 464 to 931 square feet with reservations scheduled to launch this month. Prices will start from $500,000 with Fortune Development Sales as the exclusive sales and marketing firm. Related and Tricap are targeting Q4 2022 for ground breaking.
