The Adler Group has submitted an application to the Urban Development Review Board seeking site plan approvals for Nexus Riverside, a 36-story multi-family residential tower proposed for 230 Southwest 3rd Street at the 3-acre Riverside Center project in Downtown Miami. The first phase of the development is this 376-foot-tall residential tower, which according to the application, will now yield 428 dwelling units and related amenities, as well as a 505-vehicle parking garage and 3,631 square feet of ground floor retail.

Revuelta-Designed 79-Unit Mixed-Use Building Proposed For 3025 & 3051 SW 3rd Avenue In Coral Way, Miami

An new application is under review by Miami’s Urban Development Review Board seeking approvals to develop Ambienta Brickell, an 8-story mixed-use building proposed to rise at 3025 Southwest 3rd Avenue and 3051 Southwest 3rd Avenue just south of Brickell in the Coral Way neighborhood of Miami. Designed by renown design firm Revuelta Architecture International and developed by Chile-based Ambienta Inmobiliaria – listed as Ambienta Brickell Corporation- the plans for the development call for a 102,817-square-foot structure that will yield 79 residential units, 1,195 square feet of office space, 912 square feet of ground floor retail and 120 parking spots.

Utilities Deal Signed For Lalezarian Properties’ 53-Story Miami World Tower At Miami Worldcenter

A utilities deal was recently signed between Kevin Lalezarian, on behalf of Miami World Towers LLC, and Miami-Dade County, to connect the proposed 53-story Miami World Tower to the city’s water and sewage system. As per the agreement, the first phase of the development, which is designed by NBWW Architects, will include 565 residential units and a 3,000-square-foot full service restaurant venue. The skyscraper is planned to rise 579-feet within the greater 27-acre Miami Worldcenter development in the Park West neighborhood of Downtown Miami, and is addressed as 700 Northeast 1st Avenue. Miami Worldcenter Associates, led by Nitin Motwani, Art Falcone and the CIM Group, has 280,000 square feet of retail and commercial spaces in the works at Miami Worldcenter (MWC), a 27-acre, $4 billion mixed-use mega project in Downtown Miami’s Park West neighborhood. The managing partners have planned to develop a plethora of venues and outlets throughout multiple buildings in the 10-block complex, including some buildings solely dedicated to that purpose, with several other mixed-use buildings housing variously sized spaces. The retail spaces at MWC will be a mix of food and beverage/fast casual, specialty and service establishments, and the developers are hoping to lease as locally as possible, as opposed to strictly onboarding large and recognized anchor tenants and national chains.

18-Story Expansion Proposed For Camden Pier District Apartments In Downtown St. Petersburg

Texas-based Camden Property Trust is planning to redevelop a corner parcel of land adjacent to their Camden Pier District Apartments, previously known as AER Luxury Apartments, and expand the development with an 18-story residential tower at 201 4th Avenue South in the Waterfront Arts District in Downtown St. Petersburg. The developer recently purchased the 0.23-acre piece of property for $2.1 million, which is currently improved with a small medical office and a single family home. Both structures will be demolished to make way for the new tower which is planned to yield 95 additional apartments and rise approximately 200-feet.

Mast Capital Submits Application For Design Review Approval Of The 8-Story 3900 Alton Road Residential Development

Miami real estate developer Mast Capital has submitted an application for design review approval of the new 8-story multi-family residential development proposed for 3900 Alton Road located in the Bayshore neighborhood of Miami Beach. Michael Larkin and a few other attorneys of Bercow Radell Fernandez Larkin & Tapanes represent M 4000 Alton Owner, LLC in the application. The 197,780-square-foot structure will yield 176 residential units, 6,060 square feet of amenities, and 254 covered parking spaces while rising approximately 85-feet. Bernardo Fort-Brescia, co-founder of renown architectural firm Arquitectonica, is leading the design for the project with Witkin Hults + Partners as the landscape architect.

Sunrise, FL, will soon be home to a 288-unit luxury garden-style apartment. The 15.5-acre site is presently under construction after securing a $45.8 construction loan back in 2020. The residence is intended to alleviate the housing crisis in the area. In total, the project will cost $55 million to complete.
