Additional Renderings Revealed For The Fifth Miami Beach At 411 Michigan Avenue, South of Fifth

New renderings have surfaced for The Fifth Miami Beach, a new 5-story Class A+ office building scheduled to start construction soon at 411 Michigan Avenue in the South of Fifth neighborhood of Miami Beach.  Designed by renowned Spanish master architect Alberto Campo Baeza with award-winning firm Cube 3 as the executive architect and developed by a joint venture partnership between Sumaida + Khurana and Bizzi & Partners, the boutique commercial development will yield approximately 92,356 square feet, including nearly 60,000 square feet of office spaces featuring interiors by world-renowned architecture firm Gabellini Sheppard Associates. Urban Robot Associates is the landscape architect for the project, which is expected to complete construction in early 2024.

Urban Network Capital Group Launches ‘Visions Orlando’ In Davenport, Florida

Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG), led by real estate veteran Robert Thorne, has launched Visions Orlando, a $170 million multi-faceted, mixed-use, wellness-certified, eco-friendly luxury vacation hotel community. The 42-acre, gated-access community is located at 7007 Osceola Polk Line Road in Davenport, Florida, less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World and surrounded by attraction parks, golf courses, and shopping destinations. Construction of the initial phase of the single-family homes and townhouses is scheduled to begin in Q2 2023, with initial completions in Q2 2024, including the hotel component.

Developers Acquire Last Miami Worldcenter Development Site For 600+ Unit Condo Project

A joint venture between Miami-based Aria Development Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Merrimac Ventures has acquired the last remaining parcels of land at the 27-acre Miami Worldcenter mixed-use district in Downtown Miami. The 34,800-square-foot assemblage includes a 24,000-square-foot site at 33, 45, and 55 Northwest 6th Street known as The Miami Link, acquired from I L A Employers Welfare Fund SE FL Ports Inc. (International Longshoremen’s Association) for $11 million, and a 10,800-square-foot-site at 600 Northeast 1st Avenue, acquired from Miami SPE LLC for $6.5 million, bringing the total acquisition cost to $17.5 million. The developers are planning a residential condominium tower with over 600 units across as many as 32 floors. Revuelta Architecture International is the design architect, and The Design Agency is handing interior design.
