Related Group’s 21-Story Casamar Condominium Tower Gets FAA Approval In Pompano Beach

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has given clearance to Casamar, a 21-story distinctive oceanfront condominium tower planned for 900 North Ocean Boulevard in Pompano Beach. Designed by international architecture firm Arquitectonica with interiors by New York’s Rockwell Group, and developed by Related Group, this residential project is anticipated to elevate oceanfront living with a collection of 119 luxury residences along the sun-soaked sands of Pompano Beach with 283-feet of pristine frontage along the Atlantic Ocean. Related announced the launch of sales earlier this year, with availability comprising one- to four-bedroom units ranging in size from 1,085 to 3,934 square feet, and priced from $1.8 million.

Move-Ins Begin For 22-Story Tower At 1050 Water Street Designed By Morris Adjmi Architects And ODP Architecture & Design

Developers Land Construction Financing For 33-Story AER Project In Downtown Tampa

American Land Ventures (ALV), a Miami-based real estate developer, and development partner Gazit Horizons Inc., the American arm of Israeli-based Gazit Globe Ltd., have landed a construction loan of over $113 million from BMO Harris Bank NA to build AER, a mixed-use development soon to go vertical at 3oo West Tyler Street in Downtown Tampa. Designed by Miami-based Cube3 with Coastal Construction named as the general contractor, the development will yield a 33-story, 346-foot-tall tower with 344 residential units and a connected 10-story structure with over 10,000 square feet of retail space and 504 parking spaces.
