PulteGroup, Inc. has revealed plans for two new communities in Orlando, Florida. The first community, named “the Cove at Nona Sound,” will comprise townhomes measuring 1,652 square feet to 1,858 square feet. The neighboring community, “the Estates at Nona Sound,” will be a gated community offering homes measuring about 1,900 square feet to 5,300 square feet each.
Pompano Beach, FL, could soon be home to the Entourage in the Sun, a residential venture offering more than 180,000 square feet of new construction. The venture will offer 42 condos, measuring 1,785 square feet to 3,690 square feet each.
Palm Beach-based real estate investment firm Frisbie Group and global real estate company Hines have officially launched sales for South Flagler House, a pair of majestic 28-story ultra luxury condominium towers anticipated to rise at 1355 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The residential project is masterfully designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), the first luxury high-rise in Florida for the globally renowned architecture firm, along side Stantec as the architect of record. There will be 89 residences in total featuring carefully curated interiors by New York-based Pembrooke & Ives. Sales and marketing is being led by Suzanne Frisbie of The Corcoran Group, one of the country’s topping selling agents, along with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.
Palms of Plantation is slated for Broward County, Florida. The community will offer a three-story building with 84 assisted living units and 27 memory care units. Construction started in April 2022, with Stiles Corporation––Corporate Office serving as the general contractor.
Foundation permits have been issued for 300 Biscayne Boulevard, the site of the upcoming 100-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel & Residences, the first supertall skyscraper to be developed in Miami. The project’s developers, Property Markets Group, Greybrook Realty Partners, S2 Development and Mohari Hospitality, were officially issued permits to begin foundation work on March 23, 2022, and Keller North America Inc. is listed as contractor. The scope of work involves site and soil improvements on the 43,791-square-foot development site with a price tag of $5,165,000. The permits expire on November 19, 2022, meaning ground breaking is likely to occur in the coming months.
