Phase One Of PMG’s Society Orlando Nears Topping Out At 434 North Orange Avenue

Construction is nearing the final floors on phase one of Society Orlando, a two-towered mixed-use development of 26 and 16 stories at 434 North Orange Avenue in the Central Business District of Downtown Orlando. The project is designed by Orlando’s very own Baker Barrios and is being developed by national real estate developer Property Markets Group (PMG) alongside New York City-based investment firm Raven Capital Management. John Moriarty & Associates is managing the development’s construction, which will ultimately yield 707 residential units between both towers and 36,000 square feet of ground floor commercial space. The first phase of construction is comprised of the taller, approximately 350-foot-tall tower rising along West Livingston Street with 462 units.

ArX Solutions Releases First Rendering Of 643-Foot-Tall Brickell Gateway Planned In Miami’s Financial District

YIMBY spotted a new street-level rendering from Arx Solutions of Brickell Gateway, a 54-story mixed-use high rise planned for 90 Southwest 8th Street in Brickell, Miami’s Financial District. Designed by Coral Gables-based Corwil Architects and developed by Israeli developer Gazit Globe and Atlantic Pacific Communities, the 643-foot-tall structure is proposed to yield 504 residential units, 16,882 square feet of ground floor retail and parking for up to 245 vehicles. The rendering release coincided with Gazit’s announcement to investors that the project received approvals for increased density from County planners.

Two Roads Development and Alpha Blue Ventures have officially broken ground on Forté, a new 24-story waterfront residential building at 1309 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach. The ceremonial event occurred on Thursday March 3, 2022, which was was attended by elected officials, community representatives and future residents. Designed by Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica with interiors imagined by Jean-Louis Deniot, the condominium development will boast 41 luxury residences spanning anywhere between 4,200 to 8,400 square feet, configured in three- and four-bedroom floor plans and a crown jewel six-bedroom penthouse spanning 8,900 square feet with an additional 2,000-square-foot private rooftop deck which includes a pool, summer kitchen, cabana bath and unmatched 360-degree views. Over 80% of Forté’s residences have sold, with a majority of the buyers coming from markets across the domestic U.S.
