The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Estero Bay, a residential development coming to one of Southwest Florida’s last available stretches of waterfront within 500 acres of lush lands, reaches a new milestone upon selling $150 million of inventory in just 14 days after the official launch of the first tower with 112 units. Designed by globally-acclaimed architecture firm Arquitectonica and developed by London Bay Development Group, the highly anticipated project is comprised of two 22-story towers containing a combined 224 distinguished residences featuring interiors by Meyer Davis. Ground breaking is expected to occur later this year, aiming for completion in 2025.

Located at 2700 Northwest 2nd Avenue in Wynwood, Miami, just steps from the world-famous Wynwood Walls, the 9-story structure is designed by global award-winning architecture firm Arquitectonica with interior spaces by Toronto-based DesignAgency. Frisbie Group And Hines Announce Two-Towered, 27-Story ‘South Flagler House’ In West Palm Beach Along Florida’s Gold Coast

Palm Beach-based real estate investment firm Frisbie Group and global real estate development firm Hines have officially unveiled South Flagler House, a two-towered 27-story residential development planned to rise at 1315 and 1401 South Flagler Drive in West Palm Beach, Florida. Designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA), it will be the globally renowned architecture firm’s first luxury residential high-rise in Florida; global design firm Stantec will serve as the architect of record. One of the country’s top agents, Suzanne Frisbie, along with Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group will exclusively lead sales and marketing. Sales are expected to launch later this year.
