Construction began in February 2022 on Azure Oceanfront Residences, a luxury community offering 26 units. The units, comprising two-bedroom to five-bedroom models, start at $3.7 million each.
Leading real estate developers Related Group (Related) and Integra Investments – alongside premier brokerage One Sotheby’s International Realty – have officially launched sales on the East Tower of The St. Regis Residences, Miami, a pair of 47 and 48-story ultra-luxury residential towers planned to rise in Miami’s Financial District fronting Biscayne Bay. Located at 1809 Brickell Avenue in Brickell, one of the city’s most highly sought-after neighborhoods, the towers boast architectural and interiors designs by New York City-based visionaries Robert A.M. Stern Architects (RAMSA) and the Rockwell Group. The East Tower will contain 149 residences, of which all will be bathed in natural light and offer a subdued color palette with luxurious detailing, including light oak cabinetry, bronze fixtures, and a monumental stone-topped island. Master bathrooms include separate double vanities and powder rooms as well as opulent freestanding bathtubs. Homes will range from a 2,300 square foot two-bedroom to 8,900 square foot duplexes, with prices starting at $2,800,000.
Max Beach Resort (formerly known as “Max Daytona”) will open as a vacation destination on May 29, 2022. Originally, plans called for luxury condos. The 12-story building will feature one-bedroom, two-bedroom, and three-bedroom vacation rental units.
Hong Kong-based real estate developer Swire Properties (Swire) has reapplied for building permits with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for One Brickell City Centre, an 80-story mixed-use supertall skyscraper that is proposed to top off at 1,049-feet above sea level at 700 Brickell Avenue in Miami’s Financial District. A total of four permit applications were filed on March 1, 2022 indicating the building would reach a structural height of 1,040-feet before factoring in the elevations of the development site. The filings mark the third time Swire applies for building permits to build One Brickell City Centre, having applied twice before and gaining approvals in 2015, which expired, and 2018, which will expire later this year in June. According to Swire’s recent investors presentation, One Brickell City Centre will yield approximately 1,967,000 square feet including retail, office, hotel and residential space.
Construction is continuing on Everlake at Mandarin, a 55+ community in Jacksonville, Florida. The venture compromises 192 “luxury paired homes” starting in the low $300’s.
